I research patterns based on cellular structures, plant, animal and soil microorganisms, sea creature colorations, geological formations, and galactic and planetary nebulae. Then I abstract and juxtapose their similar organic shapes and surface properties. Here I have applied this technique to the human face, treating its topographical shadows as independent bodies floating or embedded within their own archipelagos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
